Daniel is the co-founder and CEO of PUBLIC, and has 20 years of experience in senior positions in government across the UK, EU, and US. Daniel was most recently Deputy Head of Policy at No. 10 Downing Street and Special Advisor to David Cameron.

Mia is a Programme Manager at PUBLIC, specialising in learning programmes. Most recently, Mia has developed and run the Percy Hobart Fellowship, an innovative learning programme delivered for the Royal Navy, supporting Navy personnel to gain innovation & entrepreneurship skills.
PUBLIC has deep in-house experience and expertise in helping government and public sector organisations solve a wide range of complex problems using technology and startup solutions. We have become a trusted adviser and thought leader in the GovTech space, producing several research publications such as “The Promise of Health Tech” and “Startup Zero”.
PUBLIC has run many startup programmes including our accelerator GovStart, and challenge programmes such as TechForce19. Through our programmes we have supported startups from pre-seed to Series B-C startups to work with the public sector. Companies range from small EdTech and Smart City startups to larger companies in HealthTech and mobility.
